Centrifugal pumps
The pump is intended for use in chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries for the media to 200mPas viscosity, which does not have the hard parts. The pumps are implementing the CIP application. All parts coming into contact with the fluid are made of stainless steel AISI 304, AISI 316L.
Pump seals are standard made with the sealing faces of silicon carbide (SiC) / graphite. In relation to the media is possible to produce SiC / SiC. For abrasive media upotrebljuju special sealing faces. All rubber gaskets in contact with the fluid are made of EPDM (standard for the food industry) certified FDA. Standard on the roughness of surfaces that are in contact with the medium Ra (0.8 / 1.6 microns -razred H2.) Centrifugal pumps type BI - are used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries where necessary sanitary - hygienic conditions.
Pumps are completely made of stainless steel. The mechanical seal sliding sealing faces made of materials: graphite-stainless steel, hard metal (tungsten carbide - WC), ceramics, silicon carbide (SiC), depending on the medium used. The electric motor is protected by a stainless steel mantle. Capacities of pumps are made regarding customer requests and the standard are:
- BI-5, Q=5-20 m3/h, H=2-10m, motor 0,37kW i 0, 5kW, 380V
- BI-8, Q=8-25 m3/h, H=5-18m, motor 0,75kW i 1,1kW, 380V
- BI-10, Q=10-25 m3/h, H=15-20m, motor 1,5kW i 2,2kW, 380V
- BI-18, Q=18-40 m3/h, H=15-27m, motor 3kW, 380V
- BI-20, Q=20-50m3/h, H=20-30m, motor 4kW, 380V
- BI-30, Q=30-70m3/h, H=25-35m, motor 5kW i 7,5kW 380V
Temperature of the fluds: Pump is made for work with fluds up to +130¡ÆC. With handling fluids with temperature higher than +95¡ÆC use of seals made out of special material is recomended.
