CIPs

CIP (Cleaning-in-place), the system of washing and cleaning of the tank and the pipeline without dismantling the same.

The most common is comprised of three tanks (water, acids, alkalis). Basic phases of the CIP are:

• 1. Rinse with water to removing of rough dirt
• 2. Ciruklacija acid / base to remove fat
• 3. intermediate rinse with water.

The time of each phase is determined by the needs of the system. Management stages of washing can be manual or automated.

Depending on the application system, CIP is performed as a static or moving.
